This floor has a fully-equipped industrial kitchen that facilitates the preparation and presentation of the catering services for events. It has a cooking zone with a stainless steel extraction hood, a space for handling products with special tables, a preparation zone with heated tables and a large cold store for keeping products fresh. There is also a loading and unloading zone directly connected to the kitchen, plus storerooms and an exclusive area of changing rooms and lavatories for the workers.
