This hall was the heart of the old mill, containing the turbines that drove the machines. We have given it this name to recall the curious turbine system, which consisted in belts with fixed “spoons” that raised the water to transfer energy. Les Culleretes, then, was one of the most important spaces for the smooth running of the flour factory. Today it is a very welcoming hall characterised by its Catalan vault, ideal for holding an event in which different concepts are distinguished.
